How far in advance should I book for my wedding beauty needs?
As soon as possible! Many dates book a year or more in advance.
Is there a minimum to book my elopement/wedding day beauty services?
The starting package is for the newlywed’s makeup +3 additional people receiving makeup services. If there are no additional service needs on the wedding day the package price still remains the same due to the minimum requirement.
What are the prices to book my wedding beauty services?
Makeup Only Packages start at $820 for the day of makeup, the makeup design & preview trial session plus three additional people for makeup services on the wedding day
Makeup & Hair Packages start at $1640 for the day of makeup & hair, the makeup & hair design & preview trial session plus three additional people for makeup & hair services on the wedding day

Would you come to my wedding venue/ hotel?
Yes! Our services are on location and we are happy to come to your home, office, hotel, cabin or AirBnB.
If your wedding is within downtown Portland, Oregon, only parking is billed. If we need to travel outside of downtown Portland, there is an additional travel fee.
$1 per mile +travel time billed at $20 per hour after the first hour – from our studio to your location.
Will you communicate with my planner?
Yes, for details such as a timeline and confirming details for the day of needs. I prefer to keep other aesthetic communications between us, so I can best meet your needs. If you want to change the day of schedule, get on the phone to go over details or make any changes, please email or call me directly.
Do I need to put down a retainer to book my wedding day beauty? When am I responsible for paying the balance? How do I pay for my retainer and final balance?
Yes, you will be charged for 33% of the services booked to reserve your date. The second payment comes midway between the first payment and your event date. The final balance is due 7 days before the day of your event. I can accept credit card or bank transfer payments through Honeybook, Cash, Zelle or check.
If I book my wedding beauty services at a hotel, am I responsible for paying parking?
Yes. If an artist has to park at a hotel, they will valet and charge parking to your room.
Does my makeup include eyelash application?
Absolutely! The best part of a makeup application can be a beautiful set of custom individual lashes personalized for your eye & desired look.
Do the additional makeup services include eyelash application?
Yes, each person within the contracted makeup services may receive beautiful custom individual lashes.
Do you offer airbrush makeup application?
We do offer airbrush application and we’re confident & happy to use multiple products and brushes to create your glowing complexion & photo ready look.
Are you licensed in hair styling and makeup artistry?
Yes, Kelli Thomsen is licensed in Aesthetics and certified in Airbrushing. She has been working in skin care and makeup for over 25 years. Kelli’s entire team of makeup & hair artist’s are fully licensed and practice their craft on all skin tones and hair textures.
What is the price for a design session and when do you schedule them?
Your makeup and hair design session is $300 ($150 per service). If you want to do a run through of your dream look before the big day, we reserve Wednesday’s each week from 10 am – 7 pm and are also able to work outside of Wednesday’s for additional needs. Most Friday & Weekend dates are not open, as we are at weddings.
Can I do a design session if I have not booked my wedding yet?
If you want to do a run through before you book your wedding, you definitley can, but I will caution you, because you run the risk of losing your date. A retainer payment is the only way to guarantee your date. I cannot hold or reserve a date without a retainer payment first.
Is my design session cost refundable if I don’t decide to book my wedding?
Your design session is non-refundable. It is very important for you to arrive at your appointment with examples of what you want and understand how important it is to be fully upfront and honest throughout the entire design process, so your artist can create the perfect look for you.
If I want an additional design session, am I responsible to pay again?
Yes. Your preview session is designed to create the perfect look for your wedding day. It is very important to arrive at your appointment prepared as well as make sure you are happy with your look before you leave.
Can anyone do a design session? Can I bring a guest to the session?
Design and preview sessions can be scheduled for couples and mothers of the couples only. We do not allow guests at this time and we do not have a waiting area to protect our employees & clients +limit the number of people in our studio at one time.
Do you offer touch-ups after the wedding? Do you stay for the wedding? Can you come to an additional location?
Yes, for an additional fee and based upon our availability. We can create a custom proposal with your needs.
